training ride + swim

2hr training ride + immediate 55min pool workout. felt great. only ate a shot of hammer gel at the 2 hour mark. seems like the more you train, the more efficient your body is at using glycogen, ergo less calories needed during exercise. that said, the large portion of french bread tasted good immed after ……run tonight.
